Braised Pork in Brown Sauce
Ingredients:
Streaky pork 500g
Some ginger
Dark soy sauce(2 tablespoons 30ml)
salt 1 teaspoon(5g)
sugar 3 teaspoons (15g)
1. Cut the pork into lumps and then put them into the cold water to have them dipped for about five minutes.
2. Five minutes later, scoop up the pork from the cold water and then pour it into the pot.
3. Add some water to the pot until it submerges the pork.
4. While the pork is boiling in the pot, cut the ginger into slices.
5. And then wait till the water has been boiled away.
6. Stir fry and collect the needless lark.(WATCH OUT: the Chinese cooking shovel(炒菜的铲子)should be dry.)
7. Put into dark soy sauce, sugar, salt and ginger slices, and mix all the condiments well. Then continue to stir fry for 5 minutes to make meat colored and tasty.
8. Put it into a bowl
